By accessing or using VoxFans ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including creators, subscribers, and visitors. VoxFans reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on VoxFans. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that: • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete • You will maintain the security of your password and account • You will promptly notify VoxFans of any unauthorized use of your account • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account VoxFans reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the Platform or other users.

As a creator on VoxFans, you agree to: • Only publish content that you own or have the legal right to distribute • Not publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates third-party rights • Accurately describe your subscription plans and deliver the promised content • Comply with all applicable laws, including copyright, privacy, and consumer protection laws • Not impersonate other individuals or entities • Maintain a respectful and professional relationship with your subscribers Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish. VoxFans does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any creator content.

VoxFans processes all payments through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By using the Platform's payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Revenue Share: VoxFans retains 20% of all subscription revenue as a platform fee. Creators receive 80% of their gross subscription revenue, minus any applicable payment processing fees charged by Stripe. Payouts are processed on a monthly basis. Creators must provide valid payment information and comply with tax reporting requirements in their jurisdiction. VoxFans is not responsible for any taxes owed by creators on their earnings. Refunds: Subscribers may request a refund within 48 hours of a subscription charge if no exclusive content has been accessed. After this period, all sales are final.

The following content is strictly prohibited on VoxFans: • Content that is illegal under applicable law • Content that sexualizes minors in any way (zero tolerance — immediate permanent ban and report to authorities) • Hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes violence against individuals or groups • Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of other users • Spam, misleading content, or deceptive practices • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights • Malware, phishing, or any harmful code • Content that violates the privacy of others, including non-consensual sharing of private information VoxFans reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or permanently ban accounts responsible for such content.

VoxFans collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers (such as Stripe for payments) only as necessary to operate the Platform.

Creators retain ownership of all content they publish on VoxFans. By publishing content, creators grant VoxFans a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote their content on the Platform. The VoxFans name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of VoxFans and may not be used without express written permission. VoxFans may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, VoxFans, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Creators will receive any outstanding earnings owed to them at the time of termination, provided the termination was not due to fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

VoxFans is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. VoxFans is not responsible for the content published by creators, the quality of services provided by creators, or any disputes between creators and subscribers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Last updated: June 2026.
